To access the Windows OS without an optical drive, click on the green checkmark button next to the text within the simple user interface of the Windows Setup Transfer Wizard. Once you download WinToFlash, go through the setup process by reading and accepting the license agreement, choosing the free version, etc. Free download provided for 32-bit and 64-bit versions of Windows.
